AFFIDAVIT
I, APOLONIA D. MALASA, 69 years old, widowed, Filipino,
and a resident of Purok 2, Poblacion, Trento, Agusan del Sur,
Philippines, after having been duly sworn to in accordance with law,
hereby depose and state that:

1. I am the same and identical person above-mentioned who

executed this affidavit;

2. I personally know the person of GAUDENCIO D. AWAS,

JR., of legal age, single, Filipino, and a resident of Purok 8,
Binahanan, San Teodoro, Bunawan, Agusan del Sur;

3. From January 10, 2018 up to January 14, 2018, I saw

Gaudencio D. Awas, Jr., staying at the house of Luciana
Awas Bayadas and Rolando Bayadas at Purok 2, Poblacion,
Trento, Agusan del Sur, Philippines, and helping/working at
the wielding shop of Rolando located at the same place until
he left for Manila on January 15, 2018;

4. I executed this affidavit to attest to the truth of the foregoing

facts and for whatever legal purpose this may serve.
