IMPROVING A ROOM

Hi, everyone, I’d like to thank you for coming to my new hotel.
My name is Juan Santiago, and I’m a restorer interior.
Today, I’m going to talk about how to restore a room, in this case the example will be with this
living room.

1. The paint on the walls and ceiling was corroded.

- SOLUTION. I had to repaint, but I had to combine colors to give it a nice appearance. I
chose hite for the walls and ceiling, and blue light for the columns. In this way the room
will be more welcoming and cool.

2. The furniture is too old.

- SOLUTION. I had to throw all the furniture and buy new ones. In this way, the room will
be more comfortable.

3. The light bulbs was burned.

- SOLUTION. I had to get new ones. In this way, the room will be more iluminated.

4. The curtains and carpet were too old.

- SOLUTION. I had to dye the courtains and give away the carpet. Then I had to buy a
new carpet to combine the room’s color. In this way, the room will be more welcoming.

5. There weren’t home appliances such as a TV and a music player.

- SOLUTION. I had to buy a TV and a music player, Who doesn’t like to listen to jazz or
classical music. In this way, the room will be more comfortable.
