• Performed genome annotation of the Arthrobacter phage (TattModd) using
DNA Master program.

Independent Research Lab (Dr. Seifert) Fall 2017 – present

• Conduct Microbiology Research that involve testing various type of Amphiphiles for
antimicrobial activity with the goal of developing a product that can successfully kill
antibiotic resistance bacteria.
• Work alongside the Graduate student to prepare materials and obtain data.
• Train new incoming research students on performing MIC Assays and Time-kill assay.

RMH Sentara Nov 2018 – present

Emergency Department volunteer
• Volunteer at the emergency department 2hrs/week and assist nurses to improve care and
comfort of patients and to keep emergency department running smoothly.
• Work at front entrance to assist patients and visitors needs in waiting area, including
mobility, food, drink, and fetching blanket.
• Direct and transport patients to and from medical examination room as necessary.
