1. We met with our former project partners for preliminary discussions

regarding the concept of a new project
2. We discussed the ways of using our previous experience with IPA program
for the new idea of a project
3. We have taken into consideration the existence of the simulated firms(in
both countries) for using this concept in the new project – if possible
4. We discussed the necessary documents that need to be completed for the
initialization of the new project
