“SALAMAT: Saludo sa mga Alamat!”

WHY: To boost the morale of the military officials and personnel of
Camp Peralta 3ID who served during the Marawi siege by
recognizing their bravery and patriotism and also to give
tribute
to our fallen heroes.

HOW: Promote the event through social media, radio station


(Bombo Radyo), and through the sponsors.

We would like to ensure you that every single detail in your event will be
taken care of.

However, should have any other wishes or suggestions for the event; we
would be pleased to accommodate it accordingly.

EVENT SERVICES AGREEMENT

1-RESERVATION: Upon your signature, REAL EVENTS will reserve the time
and date agreed upon, and will not make other reservations for that time
date. For this reason, the Reservation Retainer PHP50,000.oo is non-
refundable, even if the date is changed or the wedding canceled for any
reason; including acts of God , fire, strike and/or extreme weather. The
Reservation Retainer is applied towards the contracted service package. The
client understands and agrees that the entire amount owned for the dinner
party service package described in the contract is due 31 days prior to
Event.

2-CANCELATION: In the event that the client cancels the contracted


services outlined in this contract before the event takes place, the Retainer
& all remaining money owned per contracted complete payment amount &
will be forfeit a as services rendered as the contracted date has been
reserved strictly for the client. If client cancels within 31 days of Retainer
date, all monies, in full, outlined in original Contract will be due, An
addendum must be provided & signed by THE CLIENT.
EVENT SERVICES AGREEMENT
3-METHOD OF RENUMERATION: Payment may be made by Payment Center
on http://www.realevents@gmail.com addressed to “REAL EVENTS by Jakki
B..”PROOF OF PAYMENT TO BE PROVIDED.

4-LIMIT OF LIABILITY: In the unlikely event of severe medical , natural, or


other emergencies, it may be necessary to retain an alternative, REAL
Events will make every effort to secure a replacement minister able and/or
willing to perform the services as chosen in this contract at the same/similar
charge. If such a situation should occur and a suitable replacement is not
found, responsibility and liability is limited to the return of all payments
received for the party service package.

5-ADD ON SERVICES: In the event that THE CLIENT adds additional


services and hours not outlined in this contract , such charges will be added
on the current prevailing rate of PHP5,000.00 per hour . Payment &
signature is due at time of extension.
EVENT SERVICES AGREEMENT

Final Payments not made 31 days prior to Event as determined in


this contract will be subject to a PHP10,000.00 late payment fee
and late payment fee along with remaining balance is due no later
than 7 business days prior to Event.
