I, Joanne R. Besa, Event Director of REAL Events together with my empowered team, would like to
thank you for considering us to host an event dedicated for our brave soldiers. In this connection, I
would like to present to you the details of the event after a thorough brainstorming with my team. The
event brief is as follows:
WHAT: A Dinner Tribute for our Heroes of Today “SALAMAT: Saludo sa mga Alamat!”
WHEN: February 14, 2018, Wednesday 6:00PM – 11:00PM
WHERE: Kapis Mansions, Roxas City
WHO: Military personnel and officials of Camp Peralta 3ID, Jamindan, Capiz (250 pax)
HOW: Promote the event through social media, radio station (Bombo Radyo) and
through the sponsors. Approximate budget is Php300,000.
The objectives of this event will be as follows:
Recognize the bravery and patriotism of the members of AFP who served during the Marawi battle.
Boost the morale of our soldiers.
Give tribute to the fallen heroes of Marawi.
Get media coverage from radio and newspaper.
Gain attendee satisfaction with the event.

AGREEMENT
We would like to ensure you that every single detail in your event will be
taken care of.
However, should have any other wishes or suggestions for the event; we
would be pleased to accommodate it accordingly.
1-RESERVATION: Upon your signature, REAL EVENTS will reserve the time
and date agreed upon, and will not make other reservations for that time
date. For this reason, the Reservation Retainer PHP50,000.oo is non-
refundable, even if the date is changed or the wedding canceled for any
reason; including acts of God , fire, strike and/or extreme weather. The
Reservation Retainer is applied towards the contracted service package. The
client understands and agrees that the entire amount owned for the dinner
party service package described in the contract is due 31 days prior to
Event.
