Pre- Separation Planning - HR Advisory Support scope is as follows:

1. Preparing the project communication plan


2. Reviewing the relevant employees contract
3. Working with <CLIENT> on legal requirements in accordance to Malaysia Employment and
Labour Act
a. Provide details of HR Statutory advisory in accordance to Malaysia Employment and
Labour Act enforced that needs to be adhered by Client as per the Malaysian law in
outplacing the resources;
b. To assist in the drafting Client’s letters to relevant government agencies or departments
on the outplacement exercise as per Malaysia’s legal requirements.
4. Preparing the communication - To assist in the drafting of notification letters to employees of
their employment termination – in line with the Terms of Employment (e.g. Permanent or
contract).
5. Preparing “The Script” – to work with Client to develop an appropriate Script for Notification Day
6. Drafting the FAQ – to develop a comprehensive list of frequently asked questions by employees
and the appropriate responses during and after the Notification day
7. Providing information on compensation (severance) –
a. Minimum compensation (severance package) required as per the Malaysian Labour Law
or Employment Act.
b. Local current market trends of compensation where available.
c. Local types of compensation packages offered where available.

Individual Career Transition (CT) Options:

a. One-Month Individual CT Program


Includes plan development assistance and one month follow-up from a Consultant. Core
components are a client initial assessment; individual skill assessment; essential component for job
search, and one-month access to Momentum.

b. Three-Month Individual CT Program


Participants are partnered with a career coach and benefit from private consultations providing
career assessment, strategic job search planning, the development and production of resumes, cover
letters, social media profiles and strategy. 3-month access to Momentum™ with databases, job
search tools, videos and more.

c. Six-Month Individual CT Program


Participants are partnered with a personal senior career coach for a period of six months. The
program will be highly customised to the participants and our modular program design allows the

1. One-Month Individual ALP Program


Includes plan development assistance and one month follow-up from a Consultant. Core
components are a client initial assessment; the LifeOptions© Profile individual assessment; and New
Horizons Portal and Workbook.

2. Three-Month Individual ALP Program


Provides comprehensive development plan and three months of intensive follow-up by a
consultant/coach. Participants in this program assume greater responsibility for material preparation
and plan development with guidance from the consultant/coach. Modular program design allows
the participant to choose specific goals, such as a next career, retirement plan, financial plan, or
legal/legacy considerations. Core components include a comprehensive client initial assessment; the
LifeOptions© Profile individual assessment; and New Horizons Portal and Workbook.

This program provides the support services and fundamental training necessary to establish and conduct
a successful entrepreneur path. One-on-one counseling and support services will be provided to
employees an agreed period of service.

Participants are partnered with a personal senior consultant for a period of six months. The program

behavioural profiling and 6-month access to Entrepreneur MOMENTUM TM.
Post Workshop Clinic Support By Days

This clinic session provide the post-workshop support on the subject related to Resume Development
and Interview Techniques. Clinic session provides more personalised advisory/coaching and allowing
individuals who are more comfortable to have a closed door advisory session to review and enhance
their resumes and techniques post workshop.

One-on-one counseling or by group (max 2-3 pax each time) can be provided over a period of over 1 to 2
months to the impacted employee.

Resume and Interview clinic approach will be as follows:

• Frequency: suggestion of 1 day on a bi-weekly basis for 2 months post workshop OR 4


days clinic session over a period of 2 months

i. The professional fee is for assignment delivered in Malaysia only. The Professional fee exclude
the following items which will be invoiced to client:
 GST and all statutory taxes prevailing at the point of billing
 any out of pocket expenses (refer to the following terms)
ii. All out of pocket expenses (OPEs) incurred will be charged separately to client at cost plus a 10%
administration fee. OPEs include:
