For <CLIENT> employees, if they are enrolled in Individual Program (One, Three or Six Months Support –
Senior Executive and above), we will provide them with access to our 24/7 state of the art Online Portal

Horizon (early retirement) or Entrepreneur portal (own a business path). The portals provide access
to tools and resources that enhance our customized talent management programs. The portal supports
consistent program delivery, no matter where program participants are located.

This program provides the support services and fundamental training necessary to establish and conduct
a successful entrepreneur path. One-on-one counseling and support services will be provided to
employees an agreed period of service.
This clinic session provide the post-workshop support on the subject related to Resume Development
and Interview Techniques. Clinic session provides more personalised advisory/coaching and allowing
individuals who are more comfortable to have a closed door advisory session to review and enhance
their resumes and techniques post workshop.
One-on-one counseling or by group (max 2-3 pax each time) can be provided over a period of over 1 to 2
months to the impacted employee.
This program focuses on the individual’s uniqueness while delivering a superior service and resources he
or she expects. Our team of highly qualified consultants have proven expertise and experience in
executive coaching to assist such professionals through their transition. Our Platinum Services offering is

Commercial Terms of Offer:
i. The professional fee is for assignment delivered in Malaysia only. The Professional fee exclude
the following items which will be invoiced to client:
GST and all statutory taxes prevailing at the point of billing
any out of pocket expenses (refer to the following terms)
ii. All out of pocket expenses (OPEs) incurred will be charged separately to client at cost plus a 10%
administration fee. OPEs include:
Traveling (mileage/public transport/flight)
Accommodation & meal allowances,
Rental of external facilities to conduct workshop(s) or training(s)
iii. For support out of Malaysia, we are able to provide you the fee upon request.
iv. In the event that the sessions are to be held at facility out of Client’s premise/training room
facility, Client will make direct arrangement with the facility provider at its own expense.
v. This proposal is valid for 30 days from the date of this proposal unless extension is granted in
writing from us.
Payment Terms:
Full 100% billing will be made upon the commencement of the program.
All invoices should be settled within thirty (30) days from the date of invoice.
All remittance should be made payable to PERSOLKELLY Consulting Sdn Bhd
