Bored Pile Procedure

1. Set up the location of bored pile.

2. Installation of temporary casing. (10 meters length)

3. Drilling. Grubbing of soil by grub and jacking down the temporary casing.

4. Measuring of depth by sounding.

5. Installation of steel cage (reinforcement with splices, 3 splices of 10.5

meters w/ 1.23-meter overlap).

6. Installation of cover to prevent falling during insertion of tremie pipes.

7. Insert tremie pipes and assemble funnel.

8. Concrete pouring. (Concrete testing before actual pouring.)

9. Sounding.

10. Removing of tremie.

11. Repeat steps 8, 9, 10 until concrete reaches the top and over the

ground.

12. Remove funnel and cover.

13. Remove casing.
