Technical Aspect

In this aspect, it is necessary to plan and study the

technical process very carefully to provide satisfactory service
to customers.

Novo Sports Center will operate at 10:00 AM – 10:00 PM on

weekdays and 7:30 AM – 9:00 AM on weekends. Business operating
hours every weekend is later in the morning because since
students and employees have schools and work we adjusted to
their time management.

The business is geared towards providing a quality assured

place and services which will give optimal satisfaction to the
customers.

Project Location

The proposed site is 6, 169 sqm and is conveniently located

at Sta. Arcadia, Mabini Street Extension, Cabanatuan City, Nueva
Ecija. This location is known to have limited sports facilities.

Furthermore, this site has been chosen due to the following

considerations:

1.) Accessibility and Convenience. This location makes it

possible for consumers to easily access the services
offered because this area is not affected by heavy
traffic. The size of the site is enough to accommodate
a certain number of customers at the same time.
Parking spaces is strategically provided for consumers
convenience.
2.) Proximity to potential customers. The percentage of
potential customers around the area is considered to
be sufficient.
3.) Distance from competitors.

Utilities

Water. Cabanatuan City Water District will be the provider of

water supply in the establishment.

Electricity. For the installation of electricity, Cabanatuan

Electric Corportion (CELCOR) will be the provider.

Communication. Globe at Home will be the internet service

provider for the business, as for the means of clients
contacting the business PLDT will be the telecommunications
service.

Quality Control. As we ought to value the quality of our

service, quality control will be considered as a crucial process
after the court has been used we will check area.

Safety. While we value quality, we also give importance on the

safety of our customers and our employees as we consider them as
partners in our business. Safety equipment like fire
extinguishers and fire blankets will be strategically placed.

Waste Disposal

Full compliance to environmental policies will be ensured

as the building will exert utmost effort in maintaining the
cleanliness and sustainable development

Waste material will be properly segregated. Biodegradable

and non-biodegradable waste will be collected by Cabanatuan City
Waste Collection Service regularly.
