CONTRACT FOR LEGAL SERVICES

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This Agreement, made on this 18th day of March 2019 between

___________________, of legal age, single and resident _____________________
hereinafter called the CLIENT, and ___________________________ with Office
address at __________________________ hereinafter called the ATTORNEY.

WITNESSETH:

The CLIENT hereby employs the ATTORNEY as his attorney in a case

pending in Municipal court in Cities entitled
_____________________________________ Civil Case no. ____________ for Recovery
of Possession and Damages and in consideration of the services of the
ATTORNEY, CLIENT agrees to pay the sum and amounts following, to wit:
1. For the prosecution of said proceedings in the MTCC the sum of Sixty
thousand Pesos (P60,000.00) to be paid as follows:
a. P20,000 as acceptance fee for each case;
b. P5,000.00 for the Memorandum/Position paper for each case;
and
c. P40,000 upon entry of final judgement for each case;
2. Said Attorney hereby accepts said employment on said terms and to
give all matters connected with said litigation his best care, skill and
ability and at all times to protect the interest of said CLIENT.
3. Appearance fee is two thousand five hundred (P2,500.00) per
appearance.
