1. How do you feel about your assessment score?
I feel that i got a really good score on the assessment.

2. Which standards did you do the best on?


I did good on RL.1,3,4, 5, and 6.

3. Which standards do you need to work on the most?


I need to work on RL.2.

4. What score would you like to get on your next test?


At least a 90 or 100%.

5. What do you need to do to reach this goal?


I need to work more on reading the questions carefully and really think about the
answer I will choose.

and goals from this year.
1. Look back at your goals from the beginning of the year (Tab #1). How have
you progressed towards those goals? What have you done well? What do
you need to change?
I have done very well. I got 100% on most of the standards and i didn’t get any
100% in the beginning

2. What is one goal that you would like to accomplish in this last quarter at
school?
To bring the overall score closer to 100%.

3. Why is this goal important?


Because now that I see the improvement I’ve been doing i feel like I could be
able to achieve the goal of getting it to a 90% or more.

4. How do you plan on accomplishing this goal?


Really practice on the skill im struggling on.

5. How can your parents and your teachers support you​?


By getting feedback from them and telling me things I can do to improve.
