About
Every one of us has learned many chemical processes and operations from books. While
understanding them, we get many questions such as how the distillation column really looks
like, how big it is, how are other unit operations carried out on so large scale and many
more. A chemical plant is the integration of many such operations and process in a manner
it becomes profitable and environmentally safer.
Q-Viz-It caters the need of practical knowledge required by the students apart from
classroom understanding. It gives an exclusive opportunity to the students to witness one of
the finest industrial plants. Through Q-Viz-It students stimulate their brain and apply
chemical engineering based knowledge to solve intelligent questions on an online platform.

Rules and Regulation

1. To attempt the online quiz, participants should first register with their valid AZeo-ID.
2. This is an individual Quiz, therefore participants need to register individually for the quiz.
3. The online quiz will be live on a particular date for a limited time slot.
4. The quiz will be held only once and each participant needs to appear for the online quiz
on the mentioned date within the given time slot.
5. Registered participants will be notified via e-mail regarding the online quiz date and time.
6. The details regarding the quiz pattern will be accessible only at the time of the quiz.
7. The time allotted for each participant to answer the quiz will be 60 minutes.
8. No second attempts will be allowed for any participant.
9. The winners shall be notified well before the visit.

Industrial Visit Criterion

On the basis of scores of online quiz, top 30 participants get qualified for the Industrial Visit
to Alkyl Amines Chemical Limited, Patalganga Plant on 15th March 2019.
Further information will be conveyed through e-mail to the registered students.
Certificate Policy
1. Top 3 participants will be awarded Certificates and attractive Cash Prizes.
2. Each participant qualified for the plant visit will be eligible for Certificate of Participation
from the company on successfully completing the plant visit.

Note:
1. AZeotropy, IIT Bombay holds the right to change any of the above rules and the
same will be reflected on the website immediately.
2. Any updates regarding the changes in date and time for which the link shall be live
will be announced beforehand
