1. Finger adduction and abduction – I choose this kind of exercise because it is easy, while
doing this, the stress from my finger relieve and feel relax, this is suitable for me who work
with dictation message in my church.

2. Wrist flexion and extension – this exercise also release tension from my wrist, I
feel relax and I felt that some of veins stretch inside of my arm.
3. Wrist ulnar and radial deviation – it feels good on my arm and elbow. I think I
better to do this 3 exercise before I stand in front of the computer.
