My Love Of Nature

I love the sound of birds

and you can hear the wind,
That the trees cast at you
so early in the morning,

I like the sound of puppies soon after they are born.

and when the seagulls are flying
above the sea,
and whispering words of cheer,
Peacefully flying about,

I love the smell of flowers

and the taste of honey from bees
Enjoying the nature,
When the sun rises
And the flowers wake up
From their sweet sleep,
Dancing and singing all day.

I love the sound the wind makes when it’s blowing through the trees.
I love the way the sky looks on a bright and sunny day,
and even when it’s rainy, I love the shades of gray.
Enjoying their shower,
Enjoying the beautiful scenery,
Enjoying the cool air and calmness.
And the cool springs,
Gushing down the mountains.

I love the smell of the ocean, the sound of waves upon the sand,
I love the feel of seashells and how they look in my hand.
And when the sun sets, and the moon rises ,
I love the moon that shines so bright,
Leaving beautiful colours in the sky.
I love the sounds of crickets and other creatures of the night.
And when the birds and doves
Zoom up to the sky and land back down
So when I lay me down to sleep,
For all the things I love.
