Room Reservation System

A room reservation system is computerized system used to store and
retrieved data of the customers. The main function of the reservation
process is to match room requests with room availability. below is the
detailed process of reservation:
 Customer request receptionist to reserve room.
 Check availability of rooms (Room status)
 Type and number of room requested
 Service charges or services availed by customers
 Bill generation of customer on the basis of services they avail
 Record of customers who reserved rooms

Up on arrival, a customer must check in the hotel. Where reservation

system has their personal details which will recorded on computer to
make a record properly instead of manual recording.it speedup the
registration process or check in process to eliminate unnecessary data.
Statements that describes the system
 Customer request for reservation
 Staff/reception list makes reservation
 customer can view services to avail services
 customer make payment or pays for the reservation
 receptionists have access to view room status, room details.
 Manage room reservation
 Update room status
 Allow customers to view room services
