Learning Outcome
I learned the procedure of opening account and I assist to client
Issued numerous pay orders and have learned about its importance.
Assisted in doing remittance.
Introduced deposit slips, acknowledgement form, adulthood amount papers to clients.
Observations
Here employees are extra nice to their clients, sometimes officers offer them to do the lunch with
them. This department is not that much crowded than the general banking department but
employees are always busy with their work. I could not understand everything properly but was
trying my best to meet their expectations.
Notable Incidents:
At the end of this week, a boy of my age visited to our bank to open an account worth BDT 1
crore. Throughout the examination, he prone lots and turned into no longer able to provide any
data well. He instructed that he could deposit money every month with a purpose to be posted
from Italy. Additionally, he did not have any felony visa. All collectively he regarded very
suspicious. So, the manager strictly refused to help him and for obvious reasons, did not open an
account.
