All-League plaque for basketball.

Why did you choose this as one of your artifacts?

I chose this because I am proud to be able to be on the All-League team my senior year and it
made me feel proud about myself.

How did your experience with this artifact change or impact you?

It impacted me because out of all the Division 5 league I was recognized and was part of the
All-League team. It made me feel proud about myself and made me feel confident with my
basketball skills.

Did you see growth in your targeted soft skills through the course of working on this artifact?
Explain.
With my improvement of my communication skills, I was able to communicate with my team
and lead us to success, which led to being undefeated during our league season. I saw an
improvement because once I became to communicate on the court, we were connecting and it
lead us to win many games.

knowledge you gained via this artifact may also be used in a career in which you are interested.
I can use both communication and teamwork with my career of being a teacher because I will
have to communicate with the students and the parents of the students. I will have to use my
teamwork soft skill to be able to work with my colleagues
