WARNING!
Indicates possibly dangerous situations.
Ignoring this warning involves risking death or serious injury.
The OWS works with an eccentric screw pump.
Do not touch the gear casing / stuffing box packing on the
rotating shaft! Doing so risks severe injuries to the fingers.
Hand injuries
The valves position 4; 5 and 15 up to R 1" are closed by a
tensed spring.
Disassemble very carefully to avoid having the spring jump
out and cause injury.
Corrosive substances
The OWS must be securely installed on a stable, horizon-
tal surface.
Allowing it to tip over would endanger life and limb.
CAUTION!
Indicates a possibly dangerous situation.
Ignoring this warning involves risking minor injury.
The OWS can be heated (either electrically or, e.g., by
steam).
Temperatures up to around 50 C. can then obtain in the
upper part, which could cause burns if touched.
