NARRATIVE REPORT
ZERO FAILURE
SECOND QUARTER

One of the ultimate goals the K to 12 curriculum is to promote 100% of the students in all
subjects in all grade levels. This is a challenging role of a teacher because students nowadays
more engrossed with technologies than studying at home. Some are less motivated in their
studies for several reasons such as: distance from home, poverty, family problem, lack of
interest, family support, it may be financially and emotionally, laziness and many more. They
have diverse students that are not satisfactorily met both in home and in school. These are the
reasons why students fail in a subjects.

In order to ensure zero failures in my Drafting class, I always remind and encourage my
students to their studies seriously. They should comply all the outputs and activities in this
quarter and importantly, they should attend class regularly. Fortunately, 100% of my students got
a passing grade for the second quarter of this school year.
