Packaging Prototype Design

The packaging of the product is a semi cylinder with detachable slot and has
dimension of height of 40 cm, width of 25cm, and length of 15cm with grip included
on top of the packaging. Due to its slow progression of corrosion and lightweight, the
primary packaging is made from stainless steel, which is expected to withstand
outdoor conditions such as rain, high impact, extreme weather change, falling objects
and other extreme situations. Moreover, it enables the device to promote itself by
showing its sturdiness in outdoor activity and offers market opportunity by stamping
the device with its own brand

The packaging dimension is designed for ergonomic purposes with small

diameter and long height enabling the device to be carried with bare hands or put in
the duffle bag. The lightweight and sturdiness are meant for comfort, so people don’t
have to worry about break downs of the device while on trip

The secondary packaging will be made of single-walled cardboard with the size
(HxWxL) of 45 x 25 x 17 cm and filled with additional styrofoam pellets, meaning
that each device has its own packaging in order to minimize impact between the
device whilst on shipping. The color of this package will be silvery white inside for
the reflector with its distinct grey color on the outer casing with logo tagline and
proper packaging regulation-obligated content
