Transferring Weight-
To travel- walking, leaping, rolling, stepping,
springing, sliding- is to transfer weight on
hand, on feet, on different body parts. The
most common form of transferring weight is
from foot to foot.

Rolling-
The act of transferring weight to adjacent body
parts around a central axis.
Cues-
 C Bodies- Curl your body into the letter C
 Drop
 Tuck
 Roll
 Hold Knees
 Knees to Chest
 Hike- Hike your bottom into the air.
 Push
 Mickey Mouse Ears (Rolling Backwards)
 Strong Muscles
 Round Body
 Control
