Identify a construction operation for which you will develop a quality plan using the Life Cycle
of Acceptance Control Application framework given in the class. You need to develop a case
study to demonstrate each of the steps. The data may be generated but must be relevant to and
reflect the application under consideration.

3. Construction Activity:

The site chosen is “2×600 MW Shree Singaji Thermal Power Plant, Khandwa, Madhya
Pradesh”. Scope of work includes erection and commissioning of Coal Handling Plant.

The activity considered is ring diameter inspection for assembling in Ring Granulator (a
crusher)
