    Dear Madame,

    Good Day to you and your office. This is in connection with our bid for the
    Rehabilitation of the Bell House (Phase 1)). We would like to signify our intention to
    withdraw from the said bidding. This is because based on our quotation, the Approved
    Budget for the Contract is insufficient for the given bill of quantities and technical design.
    However, should there be a failure in the bidding and revisions for the above mentioned
    project, or should there be other projects undertaken by the John Hay Management
    Corporation, we would like to partake in the future biddings. Thank You.
