Subject: Coalition Request

Hi Esteemed Alex,

I am in receipt of the request from Omar, the CEO and owner of Sauce & Spoon, has requested
that I peter, That I expand the tablet rollout to include all dining sections, not just the bar as
initially specified within scope.

However, the general manger of Sauce & Spoon; Deanna expects That i do what can to
accommodate an expansion, but i feels this request is outside the scope of the project. Keeping
the roll out to confined locations in the bar will contribute to finishing the pilot test within timelines
and scope.

Am writing to seek your concurrence to join me in a coalition to convince the CEO Omar and
Deanna in pushing back against the expansion. Firstly, the expansion at this pilot stage will drag
on and on without, we must remember that this is just a pilot test.

Then when we roll out and get customers feedback, then we brainstorm on the next step.
Secondly the expansion will increase cost for this pilot stage, which will require a long time to
negotiate with the stakeholders to approve the cost as well as reach out to our supporting vendors
in this project.

I believe that staying within the scope will be better for this pilot stage, hence my zeal to seek your
support in pushing back this expansion at this stage.
