3. Findings:
 80% customers found it effective by using tablets which improved order times.
 20 percent of customers found it bit new & difficult to use tablets.
 10% of customers insisted to use Menu to order food.
 3% of customers found issues with software/bugs/user experience (UI/UX) issues.

4. Next Steps:
 To improvise ordering & software experience.
 To install more tablets to other locations
 To fix bugs and improve the ordering experience.
