Part 2: 15 minutes
Students have 3 minutes to discuss within their pair the worksheet
picture and write down answers.
Their answers are covered and the outer circle moves one place
clockwise and the inner circle move one place counter-clockwise.
New pairs discuss the picture and write down their answers.
Continue until students have completed all four pictures.
Part 3: 5 minutes
Teacher leads a class discussion on each of the pictures and each
group presents one solution to the class.
Teacher leads discussion on the cause and effect and solutions to
plastic pollution.
Diversification This activity allows students to engage with different sources of

As students move around the circle, they can work with other students
