Re: ONE WEEK NOTICE OF RESIGNATION EFFECTIVE 19TH DECEMBER 2018

With reference to my letter of appointment dated 1st August 2018, as per clause Item No: 2, I hereby
tender in my resignation with seven (7) days notice. My last day of employment is on 25th December
2018.

With reference to the warning letter dated 17th December 2018, please be informed that I am not to
be blamed for the incident as it was not me who brought in the illegal guards to the premise of
Sentul Village Condominium. Please be informed that my duties are to visit the site and monitoring
operations. Staff attendance and placement of the guards is the site Supervisors scope of work. For
your kind information, when we commenced services at Sentul Village Condominium, we went in
with a full force of legally employed 12 guards and Supervisors with work permits. The Perbadanan
Pengurusan Sentul Village delayed the workers salary for 3 continuous month. During the second
week of December 2018, the guards refused to report for work because their salary was delayed for
60 days. The Security Supervisor experienced shortage of manpower and when he telephoned and
raised the issue to me. I advised him to seek for temporary replacement from our other sites for
guards who would come in for overtime. I did not advise him or encourage him to place illegal
guards. The Supervisor also did not inform me that he is placing illegal guards whom are not from
out other sites. Please be informed that I cannot be responsible for the negligence of Perbadanan
Pengurusan Sentul Village Condominium and the site Supervisor who brought in the guards without
getting our prior approval.

Having said the above, please accept my resignation with effect from 25th December 2018.
