Cafe Operation

Breakage/incident/wastage

- All breakage/incident will be record in the Notebook, with staff name, items, time,
reason and signature. In the bi-weekly meeting, we will sum up all the breakage.
Incident and wastage to find out the best solution for the next working day. All
managers and supervisors need to inform and explain to new staffs carefully about
the record. In addition, skim and scan the whole café before finishing the shift will be
necessary for managers and supervisors.

Social media:

- Jessie is back to the café and hold the new position in Social Media.

Kitchen/Front house:

- Working as a team is a must. To do that, kitchen team already required more and
more feedbacks from customers. Therefore, front house team need to be sensitive and
get all the comments about services to support boosting up the whole system.

Staff:
- Dora will be introduced as HR assistant and baker.

Performance:
- Blake (front house staff) will get the performance review soon for his 30 days and
after 90 days, the team expect new staff will perform at least 70%-80% of the tasks.
