 Answer all the questions.

Q1: What sources of information did you use to develop the work schedule? Name the
documents, personnel or other sources you referred to.
- I referred method of cooking of three dishes and based on my own experience to develop
the work schedule.

Q2: What factors influenced how you sequenced and prioritised the tasks to be completed on your
work schedule?
- Time factor. Ingredients that need to be marinated for many hours, or dishes that cook for a
long time, need little care to be made first. Meanwhile, I will prepare other taks.
- Order of items on the menu. The starter should be made first, then the main course, and
then the dessert.

Q3: Briefly describe how a work schedule can help you manage your own speed, timing and
productivity during preparation and production processes.
- A work schedule indicates what and when tasks should to be done first, so I can manage my
own speed, timing and productivity in my deadline.
- On the other hand, when you fulfill your job role, you can support your colleagues to speed
up their work, creating teamwork productivity.
- Otherwise, a work schedule also helps you control the amount of work. When you prepare a
larger workload, if you miss something, you can refer to a work schedule.

Q4: Briefly describe how a work schedule helps you:

 organise and prepare food efficiently: help you approach and work systematically.
 coordinate your own work across multiple tasks: help you visualize the amount of work
need to do.
 respond to operational challenges: help you know what tasks need to be done first to use
time effetively.
 prepare dishes in a timely manner for customers: help you create properly a work schedule
to prepare and service for customers on time.
