Postman/Mail guard online examination held from 17.05.2017 to 21.05.2017

in Delhi Circle - Reg.
This is with reference to this office notice of even No : dated 13.09.2017 (published on
14.09.2017 in Hindustan Times, English and Navbharat Times, Hindi) vide wh ich it was
informed that the OBC category candidates who did not submit photocopy of their OBC
certificate at the examination centre, could submit self attested photocopy of their OBC
certificate by 26.09 .2017. On scrutiny of photocopies of OBC certificates submitted by
the candidates, it has been found that despite clear instructions some OBC category
candidates have still not submitted self attested photocopy of their OBC certificate. The
list of such OBC candidates shall be displayed on India Post website i.e.
www.indi apost.gov.in and web link i.e. http://delhi.postalcareers.in from 10.10.2017 to
17.10.2017 .
Last opportunity is hereby given to such OBC category candidates to submit self
attested photocopy of caste certificate in the format prescribed for applying for the
posts under Govt. of India, by hand (on any working day i.e. except Saturday & Sunday,
from 10:00 am to 05 :00 pm) only to Assistant Director (Rectt & Estt), 0/o CPMG,
Meghdoot Bhawan, Near Jhandewalan Metro station, Link Road, New Delhi- 110001 by
18.10.2017 up to 05 :00 pm positively. The Photocopies of OBC certificates received by
any other means (e-mail, by post etc.) shall not be accepted . The candidate must write
his/her Roll Number and Registration Number on the self attested photocopy of caste
certificate before submissi on .
The OBC category candidate, who fails to submit the photocopy of his/her caste
certificate in the abovesaid manner, by the stipulated date i.e. 18.10.2017, shall be
treated as General category (OC) candidate .
