complete the PG/UG/Diploma course in the maximum duration of the course , as specified in
concrned Ordinance , can ava il the facility of one mercy attempt, by submitting the application
from (as prescribed by University) within one year afer the maximum duration of the course (in
continuation of the Academ ic year ). The number of subjects shoud not be more than ten
(Five Theory & Five Practicals) . All application forms will be scrutinized by a committee
consisting of (1) Kulpati (2) Two Executive Council Members- nom inated by Kulpati (3) Dean of
the concerning faculty & (4) one professor of the concern ing subject. The committee will
scrutinize the application forms & subm it their report to Kulpati. On the<>recommendation of the
Comm ittee , the Kulpati may perm it the applicant to avail the one mercy attempt facility. If a
cand idate fa ils to complete the PG/UG/Diploma course after availing one mercy attempt,
he/she will not be elig ible to appear in any university exam ination in future ."
