What is culture? 7 aspects of culture

It has been interesting and Informative topic that everyone should manifest. It’s an

identity that can be introduced to the world. It should have practiced first inside the

house with family members to broaden the knowledge, because if our family did not

teach us about culture how can we understand others if we go outside our house. If

culture is present in everybody, they will not be having pre-judgement about someone’s

perspective and it is easy for us to understand one another despite of our differences.

We need to understand culture and have broad knowledge especially when we are

working and building relationship in the organization we are in, because it influences our

hopes, values, fears and worries and it has a huge impact on our daily lives. We must

have a level of understanding about each other in order to facilitate collaboration and

cooperation. Culture is broad and general it doesn’t limit the understanding of the

person even if we came from different countries, families and we speak different

languages. How can we build relationship and understand others if we hesitate to learn

their culture, what will happen to the world if everyone is ignorant and do not have the

concept of learning and understanding. We are one, we are community and we should

have unity. Every people are all fair, we should respect others if we want to earn respect

too. We can’t judge people based on their languages and standard of living because at

the end of the day we are the one who is being ignorant. in addition, culture important to

the people whose doing business outside our country, because they must the
awareness of cultural issues within their organization to ensure the effectives. In the

next generation we must teach our children in the early age about cultural differences

and the importance of culture if we want them to be educated about differences and not

to be ignorant. cultural awareness is important to child development, as they grow their

beliefs and behavior may change and at the early age introducing them the culture

affects the way they attend to themselves or to their relationship with others.
