The journey begins long ago during graduation where we were supposed to
create a “Black Book” project on any Industry of our choice. the Company I had
visited for the completion of my project is named as "Precise Alloys Pvt. Ltd."
More then just a business activity I have learned that how an ethical business can
make a positive change in people life. So what do I mean with people precisely?
The answer is: I don't only mean with people who work inside of a company and
nighter people who are customer or consumer of a company I am talking about
people who influence any organization from outside. I personally love to call them
" a Market".

Later on, an Industrial visit to some big companies like " Coca-Cola","parle"
gave a boost to my thought about setting up a new business.

One business not just for earn Money, nighter just to earn wealth, I want to
set a business for CHANGE. Hence, I just cannot simply give up on this stuff.
 Starting a business is not just about have a good plan or having an
abundant amount of resources. I personally believe that it's all about
understanding people need or we can say a Market Need. It took me a little
longer to discover what can I offer to a Market because initially, I was focusing on
market demands and not on my own insight strength.

After discovering the above vital concept I am ready for Kickstart. (

Mission & Vision of a company
Name & Logo Design

It is very much obvious that the logo will be designed on the basics of vision
& Mission company have. The core motive of the company is to lunch various eco-
friendly products and services for their consumers.

Hence LOGO plays an extremely vital role in conveying message among

people. As you can see in the above logo it contains one Indian woman with a
small plant in her hand. The perception that we tried to create is " eco-friendly
products " & " Love for mother nature." black and white color leaf surround to
logo represents the "life circle." and above all this stuff more beauty was added
by Tagline of company i:e " Beauty Served By Nature!!! "

Today Labeling not just contain information but it's a vital tool to attract
the consumer. hence it is extremely important to design label smartly.

The Lable paper we used for designing our label is known as "star kraft "
paper. The two crucial reason behind using such paper is mention below.

#Reason 1: Star kraft paper is the mixture of sand & wood pulp. hence it is
completely eco-friendly in nature. ( If such paper left within sand for a week or
more it work as a fertilizer for plants.)

#Reason 2: A Light brown natural color of the paper helps to differentiate the
product from competitors.
Marketing & Pricing Strategies

This is the common question every startup go through is " How they can
reach to their consumer? " At any level of business activity, the importance of
marketing cannot be underrated.

We used very simple & basic techniques to reach our consumer over the
vast market.

# Technique 1: Whats app marketing.

# Technique 3: Use of cold chain for Promotion & Distribution of product &
services. ( similar to Amway )
Application of Concepts

I believe that there is no benefit of acquiring knowledge & skills if we can't

the academic stage.

Lean management concern with the expansion and smooth processing of

business activity and on the other hand lean startup focuses on SIMPLE, CLEAR &
STRAIGHT FORWARD approach to conduct a business activity.

As we all know very well that just in time is an inventory management

system. But the practical application of this concept is very difficult especially

to create space in HEART of people, which Leads to Create a place in MIND and
