PRELIMINARY
Adolescence is known as the period transition from children to adults. In
adolescence it cannot be said as an adult and cannot also said to be children,
because if viewed in terms of their physical already not children but like adults, but
if treated as an adult it turns out not yet can show the attitude of an adult. So if you
see a reality like that that adolescence is often known as the search period for
identity, where teenagers have curiosity or as a critical period. If at this
timeteenagers don't get guidance or the right direction will have consequences not
good that can affect the future front of it Dating behavior teenagers have started at
that level very worrying, because of dating not interpreted as a means for know the
person of their partner, will but dating now as if has been used as a venue for
legalize premarital sexual behavior. In other words, the orientation of the courtship
has changed in sex orientation, so that what will be highlighted is satisfaction of
lust, not for personal recognition of their partners. Very teen dating behavior very
close to sexual behavior very worrying, this usually occurs gradually, starts from
handrails, kissing, nekking, petting, and intercourse, and not infrequently also that
through oral sex. Three premarital sexual behavior that is all behavior that is driven
by desire sexual with the opposite sex done by someone before have a legal
marriage bond at legal and religious eyes. Someone who involved in premarital sex
behavior generally tend do adultery and violating religious norms (Mayasari,
2000). According to Dariyo (in Dewi, 2012) that teens enter childbearing age and
productive, which means physiology they have reached maturity of reproductive
organs is good teenager man or teenager women. Maturity organ reproduction,
encourage individuals to do social relations with same-sex and the opposite sex.
They try to develop themselves through association by forming
peer (peer group). Association normatively and uncontrolled moral ethics between
different adolescents type will result in sexual relations outside marriage ( pre-
marital sex). Along with with rampant premarital sexual behavior among people
teenagers, most teenagers forget that there are important things that can dampen
the turmoil, namely religion. Awareness of the importance of religion, especially
Islam makes it the religion as guidance in behavior that must be fostered in oneself
someone especially teenagers. One of important thing in belief one's religion is a
problem religious maturity, because of this believed to be one of the things can
determine someone healthy or unhealthy personality (Purnomowardani &
Koentjoro; Taufik & Anganthi, 200%). Maturity is something circumstances that
cause change behavior as a result of growth and development with functions (body
and soul) so that happen differentiation (Slameto, 1995). Maturity in religion,
namely someone's ability to understand, live and apply niai the noble value of the
religion he adheres to 50

That confidence is displayed in

the role of religion as self-controller

controlling behavior is needed.
(Musthofa & Winarni, 2010).
The results of the research conducted
by Taufik and Anganthi (2005) who
titled Teen Sexuality: Differences
Sexuality Between Teenagers Who Don't
Sexual Relationship and
Teenagers Who Make Relationships
Sexual. The population of this study
are high school students in grade 12 at
Surakarta. Subjects in this study
amounting to 1,250 people, who came from
ten high schools in Surrakarta. Consists of
611 subjects were male and female
639 female subjects. Most of the
subject in irregular worship,
even teenagers who worship
regularly still in a relationship

the quality of worship is still ongoing
very low. Reason for doing
sexual intercourse is proof
love. Subject groups that don't

argue that sexual relations in
extramarital affairs are haram and
sinful, whereas on the subject

Understanding of sex in general
according to Dewi (2012) is something that is
relating to genitals or things
related to problems
intimate relationship between men with
female. Behavior
sexual
could
said as intended behavior
to be more giving or interesting
attention from the opposite sex to get it
connect more deeply. Behavior
this sexual usually starts from things
very light, for example from the word
the word and expression of desire and
attempts to beautify themselves or
dress up especially for teenagers
women. After step 5 this has passed
teenagers enter into more stages
deep where there is touch
physical
in a manner
directly,
for example
join hands
hand,
hugging,
leaning over or head to
her boyfriend (teen language), kissing
good kiss cheeks, forehead to lips.
Whereas according to Yulianto
(2010), premarital sexual behavior can
occurs due to two factors, namely: a. Internal
The occurrence of premarital sexual behavior at
teenagers namely the existence of a sexual organ
develop in adolescents themselves.
There are gonadal glands or glands

sexual in both men and women

genitals. Characteristic development
and sexual motivation in both types
genitalia is influenced by glandular activity

is mass media. From mass media
these teenagers can get
information about objects, people or
a place that has never been
seen or visited directly.
Besides that there is radio, internet, television
or film, which has been used as
educational media, despite its effects
arises from media shows
mass can be different.
According to Allport (in Indirawati,
2006), religious maturity is
religious character formed
through
experience.
Experience-
experience itself will shape
response to objects or stimulus
what he received was in the form of a concept
concepts and principles. Eventually,
the concepts and principles formed
in that individual will become
important and permanent part
in the individual's personal life as
religion. If at any time
the diversity of individuals is mature,
then that's religious maturity
will direct individuals to character
and be open to all facts,
values, and give direction in
towards the framework of life, well
theoretical and practical.
In
effort
achievement
religious maturity in individuals,
the role of maturity, maturity, and
ability to understand meaning,
both implied and explicit
by relying on the joints of religion,
become a decisive factor.
That way, every fact or value is
offered by the environment will not
he absorbed it, but kept going through
the process of digestion of meaning and process
selective filtering. Experience
supra natural and religious also cannot
ignored as a contributing factor
role in forming personal ones
have religious maturity.
Thouless (in Wayuni, 2008)
suggests that there are four
religious factors, namely: a. Influence-
Social Influence in social influence
the development of religious attitudes namely
parent education, social traditions, and
social environment pressures for
adjust to various
opinions and attitudes agreed upon by
environment. b. Various Experiences
Experience
religious
(religious)
experience)
is an element of
feeling in religious consciousness,
that is a feeling that brings confidence
generated by action. c.
Needs Other factors considered
source of religious belief is
needs that cannot be met
perfectly fulfilled so
resulting in the need for
religious satisfaction that need
is
needs
safety,
the need for love, the need for
gain self-esteem. d. Process
Thought Process related thinking
as someone ages,
because increasing age means getting critical
in addressing religious questions,
especially for those who have
conscious and attitude beliefs
open.
Besides that, every individual is inside
towards religious maturity
some obstacles, because of the level
religious maturity is also
an individual development, that is
requires developmental time
on religious maturity does not occur
suddenly. Basically there are
two factors that cause it
obstacles, namely: a. Self Factor
The inner factor is divided
into two namely self capacity and
experience. Capacity
this
in the form of
scientific ability (ratio) in
accept religious teachings that are
adopted, it can be seen the difference

between someone who is capable
and less capable. While
experience factor that is increasingly widespread
someone's experience in the field
religious, it will be more stable
and stable in doing activities
religious. However, for them
who have little experience
and narrow, he will experience various
kinds of difficulties and always will be
faced with obstacles
to be able to work on religious teachings
steady and stable.
b. Factors from Outside Factors of
outside, namely several conditions and situations
environment that doesn't give much
kesemapatan to develop, precisely
consider unnecessary
development of what already exists.
These factors include tradition
certain and periodic for generations
from one generation to the next, sometimes-
sometimes felt by someone as
a bond that is never finished.
Often the tradition is unknown
where are the origins, the causes,
start when there is, and how
the story. To understand maturity
comprehensive religion not
just by knowing
understanding and characteristics, but also
need to know about aspects
contained in it.
Allport (1953) argues
that
aspects
maturity
religion includes: (a) Differentiation
Differentiation is able to accept
the religion he embraces observatively,
objective, reflective, open and present
translation. Observation is observing
and pay attention to religious teachings and
facts that exist. 8 Objectives are
base yourself on the right facts,
not blind fanatics, including
openness accepts views or
opinions that are different from religion
he adhered to. Reflective-critical is
peel, question the teachings
religion and facts, thinking or
reflect on it,
for
then
accept acceptable and
criticize that is unacceptable.
Open thinking is opening up
on all facts and have
logical thinking and not narrowing down
view
with
dogmas.
While the translation of the meaning of an individual
able to put the ratio as wrong
one
part
from
life
diversity, besides in terms of
emotional, social, and spiritual.
Views of religion become more
realistic. (b) Dynamic characteristics are
controlled behavior, directed and
experience changes due to influence
his religion. Someone who has
dynamic characters will have motivation
autonomous diversity namely
encouragement for religion to arise
from within yourself, without intervention
needs
his personality.
The more mature the diversity of individuals,
the motivation will be higher
this autonomous diversity. Character
autonomic underlying motivation
individual diversity functions for
control and direct yourself
completely from lust, encouragement
material, personal ambitions and motives
other lows to the appropriate destination
with high religious motivation.
In everyday life, individuals
it would be like pondering to judge
belief
his religion,
fix
worship, and worship because they feel
it is a necessity. Individual
those with dynamic character are individuals
who behaves in a controlled manner, directed
and change
because
religious influence. (c) Consistency
in religious life is
there is harmony between behavior
and moral and religious values.

Religion
that
comprehensive means diversity
broad, universal, and tolerant in meaning
able to accept differences. Individual
able to see the truth in religion-
other religions, and extract the truth.
The truth for him is everywhere

returned to God. While
integral is the life of religion has been

CONCLUSION
Premarital sexual behavior at
late adolescents aged 18-21 years occur
because there is an encouragement from within
individuals related to aspects
biological, namely the feeling of feeling
happy, curiosity, usual do
and reasonable assumption in doing
praikah sexual behavior. Besides that
encouragement from outside related individuals
with social aspects namely influence

already done is holding on
