Student Writing Goal: My goal is to score an 85% or higher on all assessments and score about a”4” in the statement
of focus category.

1) Re-read the paper (and teacher feedback).
2) Complete this reflection sheet.
3) Revise the paper accordingly and highlight any changes.
4) Submit the revision and this reflection sheet.

What was the purpose of this writing assignment?

To show that writing a resume isn’t easy but can be really hard at times. Like when someone doesn’t know
what to put on it. Or when people do not know how to put the words to use.

How did you perform in relation to the expectations of the writing rubric?
I did relatively well with working with the rubric. Did what was needed to do to pass with a good grade.

What aspect of this piece did you do well? (give example/quotes to support claims)
I did well in the area that was under education and skill. Multi-tasking is good to have both in a job and at
school.

Why have you/haven’t you chosen to revise this writing assignment?

I chose to revise this assignment because it was one of the easier ones to do. Even though revising a resume is
kind of difficult.

What will you do better in your next writing assignment, and how will I do it?
I will be able to write better and not make a mistake on it. Even in the smallest of areas that shouldn’t have
been a mistake.

To what degree of success did you achieve your previously stated goal(s)?
Not scoring lower than a 50 on the paper. Being able to score higher than what most people scored on it.
