STATEMENT OF THE PROBLEM

As for the Bus Reservation procedure, the company used the process of taking
down manually their daily transaction. This process may spoil their documents due to
unorganized filing of their papers well and it takes a long time to search for some
previous transaction needed. There are times that many of passengers are
experiencing hassles and distracting of their schedules. It mostly happens during holiday
seasons.
We also found out that there’s no innovation with regards to transaction process
in Super line Booking Office in Libmanan.

OBJECTIVES

 To change the manual transaction and provide an electronic system that will
help both the management and passenger to process the Reservation
effectively and efficiently.

 To record the passengers information that will serves as bases to avoid


overcrowding of files.

 To find and get the information needed easily in case of confirmation and for
records.

SCOPE AND LIMITATION

We decide to make a project entitled “Bus Reservation System” wherein it


limits to one specific bus station only in Libmanan Super Line Bus Reservation. This will
be an automated transaction for passenger’s reservation as well as printing of
passenger receipt. This system allows the user to look for vacant seat quickly. It is
useful in organizing and filing the documents. There are only 32 seats available in the
Bus. There discounts for Senior Citizens and disabled Passengers.
