SYSTEM ANALYSIS AND DESIGN
As for the Bus Reservation procedure, the company used the process of taking
down manually their daily transaction. This process may spoil their documents due to
unorganized filing of their papers well and it takes a long time to search for some
previous transaction needed. There are times that many of passengers are
experiencing hassles and distracting of their schedules. It mostly happens during holiday
seasons.
We also found out that there’s no innovation with regards to transaction process
in Super line Booking Office in Libmanan.
OBJECTIVES
To change the manual transaction and provide an electronic system that will
help both the management and passenger to process the Reservation
effectively and efficiently.
To find and get the information needed easily in case of confirmation and for
records.
