Caffeine has an otho para relationship like positron and para as well on the left side of a
6 member ring. Caffeine involves a phyto chemical light reaction my set of a relation
ship of the cascade of anti particle and particle. When flipped the structure is meta and
ortho for a double bond of redox potential a higher than normal. There is a double N and
an NCH3 part and a double bond in is unstable because double bond in 5 member
group is likely to lead to HIV from phyto chemical UV change.

Process of making caffeine
1) Two steps from Xanthosine start to make caffeine (7methyl xanthosine)
2) then a third step with small change. (7methylxanthine)
3) Fourth happens for one more time and makes caffeniene.(3,7 Dimethylxanthine)
4)There is a similar stearic structure called in Vitamin D .
5) Caffeine is similar to Adenosine a nucleic acid found in DNA.
6) Vitamin D deficient in may be involved as risk of phyto chemical change to protect
against UV possibly Vitamin D2 made from fungi ergosterol and UV/sunlight.
7) However increasing animal products will not help in the long run where risk of oxidation
reactions is high for HIV patients.
Toxicity
However, the tolerable upper intake level (UL), according to some research, is 4,000
IU/day for ages 9–71. Vitamin D overdose causes hypercalcemia, and the main
symptoms of vitamin D overdose are those of hypercalcemia: anorexia, nausea, and
vomiting can occur, frequently followed by polyuria, polydipsia, weakness, insomnia,
nervousness, pruritus, and, ultimately, renal failure. Proteinuria, urinary casts, azotemia,
and metastatic calcification (especially in the kidneys) may develop.[56] Other symptoms
of vitamin D toxicity include mental retardation in young children, abnormal bone growth
and formation, diarrhea, irritability, weight loss, and severe depression. Vitamin D toxicity
is treated by discontinuing vitamin D supplementation and restricting calcium intake.
Kidney damage may be irreversible. Exposure to sunlight for extended periods of time
does not normally cause vitamin D toxicity. The concentrations of vitamin D precursors

produced in the skin reach an equilibrium, and any further vitamin D produced is
degraded.
Nutmeg a Violation for Time Correction
Problem of Nutmeg is that it has Myristic acid. The skeletal formula of myristic

which may mean high risks include faster than normal. This spice is common in ordinary
Indian chai. In the case of HIV, the speed may be too detrimental due to adding nutmeg
which with caffeine and tea will speed artificially what is not perceived.
The conductivity issue is serious because it is thermally greater than time
dependence for even light correction or light time correction. It is toxic because the
solubility includes fat, alcohol, acetate, phenol with a high boiling point of 326.2 degrees C
at STP. It has a high molar mass and is highly viscous with a density more than 1 or

Other risk of Vitamin D 3 Intake and UV
The United States Institute of Medicine (IOM) report states: "Outcomes related to cancer,
cardiovascular disease and hypertension, and diabetes and metabolic syndrome, falls
and physical performance, immune functioning and autoimmune disorders, infections,
neuropsychological functioning, and preeclampsia could not be linked reliably with
http://www.science20.com/print/156626 4/28

calcium or vitamin D intake and were often conflicting.":5 Some researchers claim the
IOM was too definitive in its recommendations and made a mathematical mistake when
calculating the blood level of vitamin D associated with bone health. Members of the
IOM panel maintain that they used a "standard procedure for dietary recommendations"
and that the report is solidly based on the data. Research on vitamin D supplements,
including largescale clinical trials, is continuing.
When animals make vitamin D3 from a large molecule 7 dehydrocholesterol and Vitamin
D3 cholcalciferol. The transformation that converts 7dehydrocholesterol to vitamin D3
occurs in two steps. First, 7dehydrocholesterol is photolyzed by ultraviolet light in a 6
electron conrotatory ringopening electrocyclic reaction; the product is previtamin D3.
While some studies have found that vitamin D3 raises 25(OH)D blood levels faster and
remains active in the body longer,[153][154] others contend that vitamin D2 sources are
equally bioavailable and effective as D3 for raising and sustaining 25(OH)D.
The 6 ring electronrotatory ring opening electrolytic reaction is very harmful if out of
control it may break more rinsg such as adenosine a Nucleic acid precursors building
block of DNA ,RNA, proteins and more.
Vitamin D3 is produced photochemically from 7dehydrocholesterol in the skin of most
vertebrate animals, including humans. The precursor of vitamin D3, 7dehydrocholesterol
is produced in relatively large quantities. 7Dehydrocholesterol reacts with UVB light at
wavelengths between 270 and 300 nm, with peak synthesis occurring between 295 and
297 nm. These wavelengths are present in sunlight, as well as in the light emitted by
the UV lamps in tanning beds (which produce ultraviolet primarily in the UVA spectrum,

but typically produce 4% to 10% of the total UV emissions as UVB). Exposure to light
through windows is insufficient because glass almost completely blocks UVB light.
Adequate amounts of vitamin D can be produced with moderate sun exposure to the
face, arms and legs, averaging 5–30 minutes twice per week without sunscreen. (The
darker the complexion, or the weaker the sunlight, the more minutes of exposure are
needed, approximating 25% of the time for minimal sunburn. Vitamin D overdose is
impossible from UV exposure; the skin reaches an equilibrium where the vitamin
degrades as fast as it is created.)
Dietary reference intakes
Different institutions propose different recommendations concerning daily amounts of the

vitamin. Commonly recommended daily intake of vitamin D is not sufficient if sunlight
exposure is limited.
(Conversion : 1 µg = 40 IU and 0.025 µg = 1 IU)
Australia and New Zealand
About a third of Australians have vitamin D deficiency.Australia and New Zealand have
established guidelines for dietary vitamin D intake as follows:
Age group Adequate Intake (μg) Upper Level of Intake (μg)
Infants 0–12 months 5.0 25.0
Children 1–18 years 5.0 80.0
Adults 19–50 years 5.0 80.0
Adults 51–70 years 10.0 80.0
Adults > 70 years 15.0 80.0
Low values in mushrooms for vitamin D below indicate incidental exposure to sunlight
which activates synthesis of vitamin D2. When fresh mushrooms or dried powders are
purposely exposed to artificial sunlight by use of an industrial ultraviolet lamp, vitamin D
levels can be controlled at much higher levels.

Weak Statistic and Spin statistic Discussion of HIV
http://www.science20.com/print/156626 7/28
8/9/2015 Caffeine Structure , Vitamin D, HIV RISK , Weak Statistic , and Nutcracker esophagus
If spin without time is possible as Julian Schwinger said in co Nobel 1965, the risk of HIV
is real. Operators separated in space with imaginary association for time will not differ
yet differ. One cannot create space and separate space and create order to separate
space by a phase. The argument of spin statistic fixes the phase to be −1 or 1 according
to the spin.
This possibility necessitates space to exist without time. The time parameter may be
possible based on low rest mass assumption of Einstein but, the question of time
dependence is part of this possibility which will not follow and create negative
thermodynamic consequence of inertia and axis frame of time proposed then. HIV is
known for high heat. However, another is randomness. The phase of 1 to 1 is not
matching the phase predicting the half integer spin based on the slope and random
points.
Warning about Wavelengths
1)Molecular hydrogen consisting of two protons with nuclear spins 1/2 is classified into ortho
and para species, according to the total nuclear spin. At a low temperature, ortho and para
H2 fall into their ground states, rotational excitation J=1 and J=0, respectively. Transition
between the ortho and para species is strictly forbidden in the gas phase due to the necessity
of the nuclearspin flip.
2)While ortho para conversion (op conversion) is promoted under a condition where H2 is
interacting with solid surfaces. In our previous paper, we studied photostimulated desorption
and ortho to paraconversion of physisorbed H2 on Ag surfaces with a pump laser
wavelength of 193nm[1].
3) It was found that the intensity in the J=1 state decays faster than that of the J=0 state. The
difference in the decay rate is caused by op conversion of H2 on the surface. From the
decay rate of the op ratio, natural conversion time is estimated to be 780s.
4) We discuss that photoexcitation promotes the electron exchange therby accelerating op
conversion.

Problems of Curcurum a Spice not meant good for HIV and the Probelm with UV
1) Curcumin itself absorbs light most strongly at a wavelength of ∼430 nm
2) Figure 2 shows that copper and iron had similar effects on the absorbance spectrum
of curcumin, shifting the absorbance maximum toward shorter wavelengths (Figs 2(a) and
2(b)) this may add heterogeneity to the problem of HIV 2.
Both metals increased the absorbance of curcumin maximally at 380 nm and decreased
absorbance maximally at ∼445 nm.
3) Desferrioxamine by itself is nearly transparent, but absorbs light with a maximum at 425
nm upon mixing with iron (Fig. 2(d)).
4) For copper and 25 µM curcumin, the maximum ∆A was at about 380 nm, and the minimum
was at about 445 nm.
5) The halfmaximal |∆A| occurred at about 11 µM for 380 nm and about 12 µM for 445 nm,
or a 2:1 ratio of curcumin to copper.
6) The halfmaximal |∆A| occurred somewhere between these concentrations,
perhaps at about 5 µM for both 380 nm and 445 nm, a ∼5:1 ratio of curcumin to iron.
7) a 1:1 ratio of curcumin to iron, and the maximal |∆A| occurring at about 10 µM for both
wavelengths, a 1:2 ratio of curcumin to iron.
8) The maximum ∆A was at about 425 nm, and mean ∆A was plotted versus iron
concentration at this wavelength (Fig. 7). The curve was more gentle than for curcumin, with
halfmaximal ∆A at ∼20 µM and maximum ∆A at 100 µM. For 5 µM desferrioxamine, ∆A
increased gradually from 1 µM to 30 µM iron, with halfmaximal ∆A at about 5 µM (not
shown). Therefore, the halfmaximal ∆A occurred at a 1:1 ratio of desferrioxamine to iron, and
the maximum ∆A occurred at or beyond a 1:5 ratio of desferrioxamine to iron. This means the
potent effect of rion bing problem for light ar cerain wavelengths is most with desferrioxamine
to iron.
9) The interaction of curcumin with iron reaches halfmaximum at 2.5 5 µM iron and
saturates at 816 µM iron, and exhibits negative cooperativity with Kd10.5–1.6 µM and Kd2
50–100 µM for binding of the first and second curcumin molecules to iron, respectively.
Problems of UV Radiation and HIV Heat
Based on probability of mutually exclusive events being potentially one, may explain
instrumentally why reason is better especially common in skin cancer perhaps
where lots of exposure unprotected happens of sun. A sequence like this is
injurious to health in long run similar to what happens for cancer and mutation of change
http://www.science20.com/print/156626 9/28

of UV based light change. The high energy and senseless harm from UV is deleterious to
health. The normal spin statistics is which over long term and time means exposure to
high heat due to the longer time of the same exposure. 'In the nonrelativistic theory, this
product annihilates two particles at x and x, and has zero expectation value in any state'
repeated over time is harmful especially stimulants such as caffeine and others.
Light Melatonin and Fatigue with caffeine
The conclusion of perception of light and caffeine is relevant.1) 1h Dim light placebo 2) 1 h

light placebo 3) 1h Dim light caffeine 4) 1 h bright light caffeine shows for
nocturnal performance
and shift work from 5:30 pm to 1000 the next morning was or was supposed to improve
simulation for nocturnal fatigue degradation from 200 mg caffeine. The prediction was
normal,
'shortest RT was recorded for the Bright LightCaffeine treatment and the largest number of
trials

for the
Bright LightCaffeine condition. In addition for melatonin, 'Exposure for 1 h to 3000 lx
reduced
melatonin concentration between 4247% from 0230 to 0410 hours. A 200mg dose of
caffeine also
reduced melatonin levels, although to a lesser degree than 1 h exposure to 3000 lx.'
200 mg is a small amount which many people take who are students yet it is alarming when

THE Pain of HIV
1) Δt ~ tu

4) D ~ sqrt(tu2 *E/ m )
5) Delta E ~ 4m1v12 /n1 2 ~ 4m2v22 /n2 2
6) D2 ~ n2
7) Delta E ~ 4m1v12 /D12 ~ 4m2v22 /D22

10) Delta E ~ 25m1 v2/(n1 2 )2 25m2 v2/(n2 2 )
The cascade shown below may happen over and over if time symmetry and time
uncertainty happened. If light judgment is impaired and there is less work then the
distance judgment is affected. R XT = D. Bright light and caffeine, impairs ability. About
40 % of melatonin is effected for the time in question, then distance may alos be
effected
40 %. Energy correction is effected E= mD2/Tu2 then E= m(0.4*D)2/Tu2 or

1 hour what
will change? 200 mg ~ Change of 0.4 melanin which is noticeable by about
25 times more
than normal from time and energy correction. Suppose if UV
and caffeine are similar change
for HIV then perhaps there is a 25 times increase than
normal of activity on impact of
adenosine and ATP or protein and DNA or RNA production
impeded which is precious!
The problem is important because for one time to be correct,
the mistake of not being
correct is 25 times for production mentioned which has to be
right.
Nutcracker Esophagus Leads and Comments
My first year of anatomy had a question posed by me by something happening at the lecture
hall, I said it was peritonitis happening to Eastern European Professor Csillik now deceased
after lecture but was wrong. Prior to the course I had one course of Histology in Florida State
from Prof Gorniak. Post a class of Microbiology of Prof Adibye (Ross Medical), I also noticed
a serious which case of contain gram negative bacteria after practicing gram negative and
positive staining methods in UV. The problem of UV light and other changes near by on
tables and counters.

Nutcracker esophagus, or Hypertensive peristalsis, is a disorder of the movement of
the esophagus characterized by contractions in the smooth muscle of the esophagus in a
normal sequence but at an excessive amplitude or duration. Nutcracker esophagus is one of
several motility disorders of the esophagus, includingachalasia and diffuse esophageal
spasm. It causes difficulty swallowing, or dysphagia, to both solid and liquid foods, and can
cause significant chest pain; it may also be asymptomatic. Nutcracker esophagus can affect
people of any age, but is more common in the sixth and seventh decades of life. The
diagnosis is made by anesophageal motility study (esophageal manometry), which evaluates
the pressure of the esophagus at various points along its length. The term "nutcracker
esophagus" comes from the finding of increased pressures during peristalsis, with a
diagnosis made when pressures exceed 180 mmHg; this has been likened to the pressure of
a mechanical nutcracker. The disorder does not progress, and is not associated with any
complications; as a result, treatment of nutcracker esophagus targets control of symptoms
only.[1][2]
