    First, log in to www.philhealth.gov.

    ph

    Second, click online services and then under membership click register if u not yet register ..log
    in if u have already reg online..
    If u already reg online…

    1. Go to www.philhealth.gov.ph
    2. Click online services
    3. Under membership click log in

    4. Under member inquiry put your pin and password then click log in..
    ( ur pin & password has been sent n ur email address wen u reg online.

    5. The questions and answers cme wen u reg online …put ur answer den click submit.
    6. UR profile wil appear… then the icons like member profile, user settings..etc… if u wnt to
    knw ur contri just click premium contributions..
    7. DON’T FORGET TO CLICK LOG OUT
