1. Montessori programme is promoting beautiful. Child-sized environments filled with


engaging materials in her designed.

a) Synthesize the information from Montessori principle, by illustrating a layout of


Montessori classroom. Your Illustration should include FOUR (4) MAIN AREA IN THE
MONTESSORI CLASSROOM. Justify the reasons why you illustrate the classroom that
way.

b) Explain TWO (2) principle of creating a good learning environment for young children
according to Montessori approach. Provide examples to support your explaination.

2. Jean Piaget believes that children construct their knowledge through active involvement.
Children should feel excited and interested with the learning experience so that they will
engage more in learning process.

Based on Piaget’s idea in knowledge construction, describe TWO (2) ways to create an
appropriate learning environment for young children. Provide examples to support your
explaination.

3. Explain TWO (2) principle of creating a good learning environment for young children
according to Reggio Emilia approach. Provide extensive examples to support your
explaination.

4. Sense of belonging refer to an environment that provide children a sense of security, makes
them comfortable and reliable to be in.

Based on the statement above, discuss in detail THREE (3) ways that an educator could do in
providing an appropriate environment to assist children in developing a sense of belonging.
Provide example for the discussion.

5. To provide effective learning opportunities for children, there should be appropriate daily
schedule routines and transitions. Explain the importance of having suitable schedule and
routine for children‘s learning session.
