1. After immigration/ custom procedures, please proceed to Exit A where our rep will be waiting.
2. Holiday World rep will be holding a placard with company name & logo.

Notes to be taken for arrival and departure transfers
a. Only 1 luggage is allowed (size allowance 12"x18"x30") into the coach.
Extra luggage surcharge at HKD$25.00 each.
b. Transfer service are on “seat- in-coach “ basis and may have to wait for other passengers to get on board
c. Shuttle transfer service timing is between 7 am to 10pm only. If any flight delay after 10pm, transfer to hotel on guest
own arrangement and own expense
d. No refund for any passengers who do not show up at meeting point
e. In cases where airport roads are close and transportation between hotel and airport may be in-operational due to
Typhoon Signal 8, Black Rainstorm etc, - transfers going to Airport Express Station will be provided for those who
must reach the airport. We suggest that pax avail of the Airport Express service train at their own personal expense.
