TRAINING NEED ASSESMENT REPORT

FOR PROFESSIONAL PLUS


TIME MANAGEMENT
I have found the following training needs in Professional Plus as enhance effective time management.

The employees are punctual to come at work on time but there is a little need to avoid time wasters.
They start a day with work but not incorporated plan from previous day, so it can cause an idle time
therefore the day is not closed today and become next day task. It is found that they prioritize urgent
work on urgent basis but not segmented properly so it is caused to disturb other tasks and lead to not
effective Time Management.

CREATIVE PROBLEM SOLVING AND DECISSION


MAKING
The employees of Professional Plus are not are not encourage to generating new ideas to solving
problems by seniors because they don’t want to accept the change, so subordinates are fear of taking
initiates. They are encouraged in decision making but senior staff are not taken interest to find root
cause of the problem, therefore can’t differentiate between symptoms and causes more clearly.

Team participation are encouraged but job description are not clear individually so, synergy is not in
effect.

COMMUNICATION AND PRESENTATION SKILLS


The employees of Professional Plus are good at communication and presentation skills but can enhance
by focus on few competencies which I found as

Not encourage employees by their feelings and ideas.

In spite of keeping their best to respect and acknowledge to seniors by subordinates, they don’t
appreciated by feedback.

It is found that reports are not presented in a way that are eloquent and convincing to the users.
