    That the Petitioner Respectfully showith:-


    1.That the petitioner on dated 12/04/2012 while
    travelling in the New Prem bus service No.HP-68-
    7776 along with his family i.e.his wife and one
    month old son (viz smt.kismat bala and son )from
    shimla to kangra (Dharamshala)and when reached
    near Hamirpur,at dugga,owning to rash and
    negligent driving on the part of the driver could not
    control the bus and rolled the bus into the deep
    gorge near dugga culvert .The petitioner sustain
    multiple injuries on his head and also injury in
    other part of the body.The petitioner's wife has
    gain near at shimla satellite cable Pvt.Ltd. situated
    at Thakur Vatika khalini,shimla-171002,H.P.
