Job Purpose

Our client is looking for a Head of Sales to lead their sales team and sales effort and bring
the sales team to the next level. They are selling premium advertising to health related
brands (pharma, insurance, health appliances, hospitals, nutrition…). As Head of Sales you will
be heading a team of Account executives, Campaign manager and creative.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Reach your sales target as determined by management


• Recruit, train and manage a team of 10+ sales
• Ensure quality and accuracy of the proposals to clients
• Manage our Campaign team ensuring that all clients' campaigns run smoothly
• Ensure monthly reporting to clients

Candidate Profile

• Minimum 7 years experience as Head of Sales or Sales Manager in Media Advertising


• Proven successful experience in a major Indonesian media
• Strong managerial experience : proven experience in managing team to success
• Experience in online media is a plus
• Hard-working and looking for challenges
• Good English communication skills
