The Country Manager will:

 Hold full P&L responsibility for streaming business in Indonesia

 Manage an annual budget and ensure positive ROI
 Drive business results in growing revenues, increasing market share, and maintaining a
user-centric approach to grow positive brand sentiment
 Create and execute annual business plans across content, business development,
marketing, and support functions
 Lead and negotiate business deals
 Manage multiple internal and external stakeholders across markets
 Recruit, build, and manage teams
 Attend and present at industry and press events as required
 Lead other projects as required
 Travel as required

Qualifications for Country Manager:

 BA/BS in Business Administration or relevant field; MBA degree preferred

 Minimum of 7-10 years of work experience, including in a top-tier management
consulting firm and/or internet company
 Previous experience running an internet startup is a plus
 Strong local business network, particularly in the entertainment, media,
and telco industries
 Strong track record in building a business or product line from scratch
 Takes a hands-on approach to problem solving; highly structured, analytical, and with
strong quantitative skills
 Creative problem solver; can quickly identify multiple solutions to a single problem
 Strong influence skills; able to reach agreement across multiple stakeholders
 Excellent cross-cultural communication skills as well as teamwork skills
 Self-motivated; willing to learn and to take up new challenges – whether alone or in
leading a team
 Proficient in spoken and written English is required; Mandarin is a plus
