 The compensa?on plan is valid from the 1st of November, 2018.
The first step is to become an Independent Business Affiliate of Success Factory.

DICTIONARY
A LIST OF TERMS USED IN THE BUSINESS

CUSTOMER
Everyone who purchases one of the packages provided by Success Factory becomes our customer. It is
possible to purchase the courses directly from the website or from one of our affiliates.

AFFILIATE
A customer has the opportunity of becoming an affiliate and star?ng to earn commissions for sales and
marke?ng ac?vi?es. Becoming an affiliate is free of cost. An applica?on can be found in the web office.

SPONSOR
A sponsor is the affiliate who has introduced you to Success Factory.

VOLUME POINT
A value assigned to the revenue generated from the sale of the products.
1 EUR equals to 1 VP. Volume Points are used to calculate commissions and ranks.

TEAM STRUCTURE
The posi?oning of all the customers and affiliates in your right and leH team.

LEADERSHIP STRUCTURE
All the customers and affiliates introduced by you and those who are introduced by your affiliates. The
Leadership Structure determines how you earn Leadership Bonuses and achieve new ranks regardless of how
they are placed in the Team Structure.

65/35 RULE
65% of every commission earned is transferred to the Cash Account and 35% is transferred to the Trading
Account in the web office. Trading account is used to teach affiliates to save part of the income they have.
The dags purchased are stored for 36 months, to benefit from the long term vision.

WEEK
The calcula?on of commissions is week-based. A week starts 00:00:00 on Monday and ends 23:59:59 Sunday
evening Eastern European Time (Estonia). Commissions are paid out on the following Monday.

GENERATION
Genera?ons are related to the Leadership Structure. Personally introduced Customers and Affiliates are 1st
genera?on. Customers and Affiliates introduced by Affiliates from genera?on 1 belong to genera?on 2 and so
on.

VOLUME BONUS

Volume Bonus is calculated from the team structure based on the revenue generated in leE and right team.

Every customer can be placed in either leE or right team and the revenue generated by the sales in each team
is added up.

Volume Bonus is as much as 10% of the generated Volume in the weaker team.

In this example, there is 12,500 EUR of revenue in the right team which equals to 12,500 Volume Points (VP) and
7,500 VP of revenue in the leE team. 10% of the weaker team is 750 EUR from 7,500 VP in the leE team. The
used VP will be deducted from both teams and the rest is carried forward to the next week. There will be 0 VP in
the leE team and 5,000 VP in the right team.

Volume Bonus Cap refers to the maximum amount of Volume Bonus that can be earned in a Week. Cap is
based on the package of the affiliate.

LEADERSHIP BONUS
Applies to all members who have reached the Topaz rank.

Leadership Bonus is paid on the Volume Bonus your personal team members earn and it goes up to 10
genera8ons. The 1st genera8on is your personal sales. 2nd genera8on is their personal sales, etc.

The Leadership Bonus percentage for each genera8on is pointed out in the rank awards table.

For example, if you are eligible for Leadership Bonus and your team member in a par8cular genera8on earns
1,000 EUR of Volume Bonus, you earn 50 EUR of Leadership Bonus.

ESCROW BONUS

Every member who buys a coin package has to choose an escrow of 12, 24 or 36 months.

Depending on the period and package, there will be a one Ame coin bonus on top of the amount included in
the package.

MERCHANT ACQUISITION BONUS

The Merchant Acquisi0on Bonus is a temporary (for a limited 0me) bonus in order to support the growth of
the merchant community.

The member who has referred a merchant will receive a 100€ ac0va0on code for the Beginner package. The
ac0va0on code can be claimed through the web office -> Team Building -> Merchants.

...merchant has been verified in Dagpay
...profile is approved in Merchant Finder

Once these requirements have been met, the 90 day countdown starts.

DAGPAY BONUS

Every 0me somebody uses dags to make a purchase in a company that is using Dagpay, the affiliate who
signed up the merchant, makes a commission. So does the affiliate’s upline team. *

*Currently, there is no fee implemented into Dagpay so the commissions from the purchases do not appear yet.
Once Dagpay implements the fee, the calcula:on of commissions begins.

Un0l that 0me, make sure to onboard as many merchants in your team as possible in order to be able to build
up a massive passive income stream for your future.

As the merchants pay the fee in dags, the commission will be paid out in dags as well.

In order to refer a merchant to Dagpay, the member has to have achieved at least the Gold rank.

The upline of the referrer does not need to have any rank in order to receive the bonus.

DAGPAY FEE STRUCTURE

Whenever accepting dagcoins through Dagpay, the merchant pays a fee of 1%* to Dagpay.
* Big commercial chains might have a lower fee.

SKILLEX BONUS

The Success Factory members have the chance to choose between 4 different Skillex memberships:

- Life@me access (one-@me payment of 497€)

- Two year access (per month 8€)
- One year access (per month 12€)
- Access with cancel any@me (per month 19€)

The one-@me and monthly payments of your team will be counted as Volume Points.

For example, if there are 10 members with the 19€ per month Skillex membership, you will earn 190 Volume
Points per month.

 RANK AWARD REQUIREMENTS
A LIST OF REQUIREMENTS FOR EARNING RANK AWARDS

In order to redeem a rank award, the Success Factory account has to be verified.

In case of mulJple accounts per person, only one of the accounts is eligible for an award per rank.

In case of an account owned by 2 people, only one award per rank will be given out.

UnJl the Ruby rank (incl.), the award can be redeemed to cash account as well.

From the Emerald rank, awards can only be redeemed at the Success Factory events.

The Hublot watch award of the Blue Diamond rank will have an engraved name of the Success Factory
member.

Black Diamond and Ambassador ranks’ car awards will have Success Factory design sJckers on them that
must remain unchanged.

KICKSTART BONUS

KICKSTART BONUS

From the moment of registering an account, the new member has 30 days to receive the Kickstart bonus:
- once the Gold rank has been achieved in 30 days, the member will receive 500€ worth of dagcoins.
- once the PlaJnum rank has been achieved in 30 days, the member will receive 1 500€ worth of dagcoins.
