Ans :- Quite frankly I’m well aware of the scheme, It was started for upliftment of women in India and I
guess to stop discrimination against them.

Ans :- Various News outlets, I saw some of them were praising the scheme and some of them were
debating on the topic as irrelevant and useless. So yeah the mass media It is.

Do you know why this scheme had to be conducted ?

Ans :- According to my opinion, The decline sex ratio and constant discrimination against women
would’ve lead to the conduction of the scheme .

Ans :- There are no such thing as benefits deriving from the scheme, It will help to tackle rhe situation in
near future and It would work as a payback for our past actions.

Ans :- Yeah I’m well aware of that. The application for the scheme is easy compared to other schemes.
It is designed especially for poor families so it should be easy.

Ans :- The sex ratio is one of the major factor of development and developing countries like India should
have the balance ratio by now, Women are Integral part of the society equally as compared to men.
Lacking the number of women personnel would certainly not help to boost the development.

The current awareness programmes of the government are working towards the development of current
situation ?

Ans :- I think Government is doing a great job but the spread of awareness is lacking behind the current
speedy lifestyle, It should be much more deeply integrated than current scenario.

According to you, What are the flaws in the scheme ?

Ans :- You know only 300 million people are on internet and only 197 million household owns television
sets, That doesn’t even account the half of the population, Capturing whole audience of 1.3 billion isn’t
achievable. Maybe that’s the only major flaw.

What should be done to overcome those flaws ?

Ans :- The deeper integration of awareness should be done so the population who haven’t had any
channel of entertainment would also be informed and well-aware of the situation .

To Wrap this up What is your take on the situation and preventive measures done by the government ?

Ans :- The situation was bad on first place there is no way a Government possibly done that, But taking
actions to fight the situation I guess the Government finally got some courage to accept the problems and
they are trying really hard to uplift women. I guess admitting the problem leads towards the development.
