SUBJECT: Annual Red Cross Blood Drive

Hello, and good afternoon.

On Monday, December 10, 2019, we will hold our annual Blood Drive. All employees are
asked to participate either as blood donors or working at the registration table. The drive will
begin at 9 a.m. and continue until 4 p.m. in the Woods & Water Conference Center.

We all know the importance of having an adequate blood supply for medical use and
emergency situations, so we are also enlisting the help of the public in soliciting donors. As
we anticipate a large number of donors, please respond to this email if you are able to either
donate blood or work at the registration table. Please also suggest a time that you are
available. We will then schedule you and assign you a time that will hopefully work with your
schedule.

Thank you for your consideration of donating blood. It is a very worthy cause!
