Evidence: My motivators

Studies of successful individuals have found that there are a few motivators that
guide their career and job choices, and make working an enjoyable and successful
experience for them. Below you will find a list with the motivators that are most
commonly mentioned by high-achieving people. For this evidence you have to
organize them in order of importance from 1 (the most important) to 10 (the least
important) and write a composition expressing how they have been part of your
professional development. Recycle the grammar and vocabulary you have learned
in this learning activity. (Example: I feel variety is the most important factor in my
motivation. I don’t like doing repetitive things. In my current job I have learned how
to use Photoshop and how to market different products online. I am becoming very
good at it and now I am able to teach others.)

My motivators:

I think the variety it’s one of most important factors in my motivation,

because I can learn about different topics, in a kitchen or better when you
are a cook you needed study and keep training constantly, I learned about a
pastry, menu composition, sauces, plated. And this skill I apply in my job,
the variety isn`t for the topics, we have a lot coworkers with different
nationality and I draw up with this life experiences. I feel the interest in my
current job it`s really important, I you don`t have interest in your current
homework, we can`t make a god work, I need this to grow up in experiences
and technique as in my lifestyle. The money isn`t important factor, ¡yes! We
need the money for all proposes, (get food, buy wear, etc…) but to myself It`s
doing things with love and well done, what really matters to keep going to
become a great head chef.
And with my expirience, I`m able teach others.
