Inventory Management Officer 2010-13/2015 – Present
Manage company’s Inventories Inventory requirements forecasting, Inventory distribution and allocations to regional
sales group nationwide, recommend to management required products and quantities for acquisition and production,
ensure on time stocks availability, production planning, identify and recommend slow moving and obsolete inventories
for donations and or scrapping. Designed and implemented programs, work closely with other concern departments to
achieve company’s Sales objective and respectable Inventory turnover performance.
Achievements
 Designed, improved and implemented Online Projection Tool to improve accuracy of projections and promote sense
of responsibility and accountability among Sales people.
 Designed and implement data automation and customization to facilitate data gathering and reporting.
 Drafted and implemented Departmental Operations Manual to standardized Policies, Procedures and Work Flow of
the Department.
 Reduce Company’s slow and non-moving inventories thru donations and scrapping since 2010, thus reducing cost
of warehousing and other incremental cost thereof.
 Recommended to Management system of “UNDERTAKING” wherein Sales people request procurement of
Technology products shall be deducted to commissions and distributions once they failed to convert it to Cash
Sales.

Procurement Officer – Importation 2013 - 2015


Responsible in procurement of needed products and quantity. Negotiate with Publishers to secure the best price deals
for the company. Work closely with Customs Brokers, freight forwarders and Customs personnel to ensure fast and
timely arrival and delivery of shipments.

Achievements
 Reviewed and recommended to Management cancelations and renegotiations of some existing contracts with
Freight Forwarders and Brokers which are disadvantageous to the Company. Replaced some service providers
that are more cost efficient to the Company.
 Designed system automation of Purchases Module for Management Reporting.

Stocks Planner 2008 – 2009


Inventory Planning. Ensure stocks availability on a ny given time. Recommend products and quantities for
procurement and production.

Accounting Staff/Team Leader Visayas Region 2006 – 2008


In charge in accounting transactions of Visayas Region eg. Cash Sales audit, Inventory cycle count, Accounts
Reconciliation, Bank Reconciliation, Aging of Accounts Receivables and Consignments, processing and preparation of
Clients Statements of Accounts and other Accounting related matters.
Achievements
 Reconciled Customers Accounts Receivables and Consignment Balances when the company shifted from Web
Portal to ACCPAC System.
