How to Make Cheesecake Bites

Summary
1. Design Model: ADDIE
2. Learning Objectives:
a. Students will be able to recall the history of cheesecakes.
b. Students will be able to identify the different ingredients each country and city
added to make the dessert.
c. Students will be able to create the dessert by following the steps from a recipe.
3. Audience: Individuals that are at least 16 of age that are interested in baking and want to
learn a quick way to make a dessert.

● Handouts: “All About the Cheesecake” “Fun Fact History”
● Infographic: “Recipe”
● Video: Tutorial
● 10 Question Quiz
● Survey

Course Instructions:
In order to complete this training, please start with the presentation and then move to the
handouts. These three sources will give you a lot of information that will help you learn about the
history of cheesecake, the ingredients, and how to make it. The infographic will show you exactly
how to make cheesecake bites. The video is just a tutorial that goes through all the materials.
Recalling all the information you just learn you can take the quiz. Lastly, please take the survey at
the end. The QR code that is provided will lead you to the survey. Answer the seven questions
and you are done.
