Background: Early mobilization is the earliest possible activity that must be carried out by postpartum
mothers undergoing caesarean section delivery surgery. Several factors for postpartum mothers who
experience mobilization obstacle are often in feeling pain. The purpose of this study was to carry out
nursing care for postpartum caesarean postpartum mothers who experienced problems with
mobilization obstacles. The method used is a case study.Population: This study population involved two
respondents which experienced postpartum caesarean with resistence mobilization problem.Method:
Data collection was measured using the Blitar Nursing Diploma 3 post partum material assessment
format and early mobilization observation sheet. The study was conducted on 12th April until 16th April
2019. Conclussion: The results of the study showed that both clients had problems with obstacles to
mobilization related to physical weakness. Recommendations for postpartum caesarean mothers with
obstacle mobilization problem are followed by performing mobilization standard operational procedures
based.
